Head on over to your local market and grab that fresh apple cider! Get ready to make the best flavoured hot apple cider for your family.

Ingredients
5 cups apple cider
3 tbsp real maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
5 whole allspice berries
orange peel strips
lemon peel strips
Directions
In a large stainless steel saucepan, pour in the apple cider and maple syrup and mix.
Put your cinnamon sticks, cloves, all spice, orange peels, and lemon peels into a cheesecloth and close. Drop the cheesecloth in to apple cider mix.
Heat up the saucepan over moderate heat for 5 to 10 minutes until very hot but not boiling.
Once hot, take the cider off the heat. Take out the spice cheesecloth.
Ladle the cider into a mug and top off with whipped cream and a fresh cinnamon stick.
