Santa's Dalgona Coffee
Creamy, fluffy, and sweet coffee is exactly what Santa needs for his busy Christmas night! This recipe is perfect for those who don't like the bitterness of coffee.
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. cold water
Combine sugar, instant coffee, and cold water. Vigorously whisk until the mixture turn silky and smooth (I recommend using a hand mixer).
Continue to whisk until the mixture becomes thick and holds it's shape. This can take up to 10 minutes.
For a peppermint surprise, add crushed candy canes to the bottom of your glass.
Fill your glass 3/4 way with ice cubes and milk.
Scoop a large spoonful of the coffee mixture on top. Add as much as you desire and garnish with a sprinkle of instant coffee or even grated chocolate!
Mix and Serve to Drink!
