Zesty Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce
Is use this cranberry recipe at every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. It tastes so fresh and light, it pairs perfectly with any yummy dinner. It's effortless to make with just 3 main ingredients! You can also use it as a spread on crispy bread with cheese - so yummy!
Combine orange juice, orange zest, sugar and 1 ½ cup water in a large saucepan using medium heat.
Stir occasionally until the granulated sugar has completely dissolved.
Add in your freshly washed cranberries and bring the mix to a boil. The cranberries should break down a little.
Reduce the heat and let simmer until the sauce becomes thick. This take around 20 minutes.
Remove from stove and let cool.
Serve With Your Dinner!
